I'm not frightened of legal action from her or anybody else, and I'm not hiding behind anything. Calling somebody a bore is not actionable. She is boring she comes onto a site and highjacks it for her own agenda and it is BORING, and I will not be dictated to by her or anybody else as to how I describe myself on a website. No doubt her lawyers can track me if they have to. In my experience, people who threaten to litigate in this manner are desperately trying to frighten people off from finding something out that THEY want hidden. Witness Robert Maxwell historically as a case in point.
It is no surprise to me whatsoever that amidst all the hurlyburly and robust exchanges which go to and fro on this site, there is one person and one person only who keeps trying to intimidate people with talk of legal action. You can draw you own conclusions as to the motives. And I will offer odds against any of you ending up in court. People who try to squash free speech don't deserve airtime Yasmin.
