So we have an insider at the hospital saying there are threats of cutbacks, doctors concerned at what will happen, reports on the BBC and in the press. And John Leech should not make it an election issue? OK, he may have gone overboard on it, but there is clearly some concern about the hospital and the number of services it will offer in the future.
