Computers are a major tool of communication. he has all the support he needs to learn how to use computers. God knows he claims enough expenses. It's not goog enough. an MP saying he is "a bit of a novice when it comes to computers" is like a bus driver saying "I am a bit of a novice when it come to driving". It's nonsense.
