thats not the point. the point is that one country must never be allowed to invade another in order to change the regime just because they disapprove of it. Otherwise, Sadam could claim exactly the same excuse legitimacy to invade Kuwait, or Iran, or one Korea could invade the other and so on ad infinitum. That's the whole bloody point about internationa law and the United Nations giving the world a channel through wich to take such action; that's why there was all the argument about UN resolutions over Iraq and why what USA and UK did was ultimately wrong and illegal.
