The staggering price is equal to a bill of more than £588 for each of the 167,451 households in Manchester." Thats a bit misleading, its about £588 for the £98Million required per household. I'd agree with Alan, that while it should be renovated and it is a part of manchester which we should be proud of, £98Million is an awful lot of money that could be spent on a huge amount of improvment in local education and transport.
