Also motion 46 is good, to try to make sure money spent on grants for to help disabled people access buildings is properly used. I also support Mr Leech signing motion 55 to have a compulsory 20mph limit outside all schools, I know this is supposed to be rolled out in Manchester but most schools in the city are still covered by the normal 30mph, I think.
